We've partnered with some of our favorite local artists, who have adorned the walls of the apartment with art that captures the history and energy of the amazing city of Buffalo. When you're not exploring the rich history of our city, you'll still feel like you're experiencing the history as you relax in this 19th century home. But when we say historic, we're not depriving you of the modern luxuries and conveniences of a new home. This is the 21st century, and you have 21st century needs!
-The house is split into two apartment floors. The floors have an indoor common entry so access to either floor is easy and simple. Each floor contains a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
-Floor 1 contains 1 large master suite with a comfortable king bed. Floor 2 contains 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in the first two rooms and two twins in the third bedroom. If you need them, we have 2 queen size self-inflatable air mattresses with extra sheets and pillows. Just let us know and we can pull them out from the closet before your stay!
-The living rooms provide a 55u0022 4k Smart TV. Local TV is provided through the Spectrum TV app. Not in the mood for TV? Put Michael Jackson's greatest hits vinyl record on the record player and unwind (he sounds even better on vinyl).
-Both kitchens are equipped with all of your cooking essentials. It boasts a 6-burner gas stove/oven, large stainless steel refrigerator, and a stainless steel dishwasher on Floor 2. They are both also equipped with the essential counter appliances such as a french press, standard coffee makers, microwave, and toaster. However, we doubt you'll spend much time cooking in the kitchen after you've tried some of Buffalo's finest wings at Gabriel's Gate, or after a perfect afternoon brunch at Betty's, which happens to accommodate EVERY dietary restriction just steps from our place.
-The bathrooms provide large tubs, so you can bathe or shower after a long day exploring the city. We've also provided all of the necessary amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, cotton balls, and q-tips. So leave those 3.4 oz. containers at home, because you're not going to get stopped by TSA this time. nnNo need for couch surfing. There are plenty of beds for guests:
Floor 1 -Master Suite: With double sliding doors and a private entrance, you'll never want to leave the comfort of the King size bed!
Floor 2 -Bedroom 1: The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. Access the master bedroom's sunlit greenroom through the master bedroom's french doors. It's the perfect place to sit and read a book, while also getting all the vitamin D one could need!n -Bedroom 2: This mid-size room has a comfortable queen sized bed.n -Bedroom 3: This room has two comfortable twin beds.n -Bedroom/Dining room: We have provided an optional queen-size self-inflatable air mattress, which fits perfectly in the master bedroom. But if you're looking for a bit of privacy the dining room can double as a bedroom. Just close the large sliding french doors, which separate it from the adjacent living room.
You'll also have access to the front balcony and porch, where you may sit and have a few drinks. We seem to have every unwinding preference available!
While you may be in New York, it's not New York City parking. Ample parking is available for free on the street and one spot at the back of the house. Whether you are only in town for a few nights or longer, this place is perfect for those who want to experience a stylish mid-century modern home while enjoying Buffalo.
