The space
This spacious lower apartment is situated in one of Buffalo's most vibrant neighborhoods--the eclectic Allentown. Enjoy the many local bars, shops, and eateries in Allentown. When you're not exploring the rich history of our city, you'll still feel like you're experiencing the history as you relax in this 19th century home. But when we say historic, we're not depriving you of the modern luxuries and conveniences of a new home. This is the 21st century, and you have 21st century needs!
-The living room provides a 55" 4k Smart TV. Local TV is provided through the Spectrum TV app. Just because you're on vacation doesn't mean you need to miss out on your latest binge-worthy show. Our high speed internet connection means you don't have to wait an eternity to enjoy your show after a long day exploring. The smart thermostat in the living room will ensure that you don't feel those frigid winter temperatures you've heard rumors about. Just set it to your preferred temperature.
-The spacious bedroom boasts a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed. Seriously, we challenge you to find a more comfortable bed. Enjoy some privacy by simply closing the large wooden french doors separating the bedroom from the adjacent living room.
-The kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking essentials. It features a 4-burner gas stove/oven and a large stainless steel refrigerator. It is also equipped with the essential counter appliances such as a K-Cup coffee maker (complete with a wide assortment of k-cups), microwave, and toaster. However, we doubt you'll spend much time cooking in the kitchen after you've tried some of Buffalo's finest wings at Gabriel's Gate, or after a perfect afternoon brunch at Betty's, which happens to accommodate EVERY dietary restriction just steps from our place.
-The bathroom provides a large tub/shower, so you can bathe or shower after a long day exploring the city. We've also provided all of the necessary amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. So leave those 3.4 oz. containers at home, because you're not going to get stopped by TSA this time.
You'll also have access to the front deck, where you may sit and have a few drinks. We seem to have every unwinding preference available!
While you may be in New York, it's not New York City parking. Ample parking is available for free on the street.
Whether you are only in town for a few nights or longer, this place is perfect for those who want to experience an stylish modern apartment while enjoying Buffalo.
